Permanent ban (standard)

  • Typically applies to rule violations, cheating, repeated toxic behavior, or serious offenses.
  • May be permanent, but is still considered a standard sanction within the system.
  • You can appeal via our support/contact channel, and the case will be reviewed based on evidence and history. In certain cases, it may be reconsidered by an admin depending on the nature of the case, subsequent behavior, and relevant documentation.

Permanent blacklisting (extreme)

  • Used only when behavior is assessed as extreme, targeted, and dangerous (real threat / serious risk).
  • Considered a permanent security measure across Phoenix Gaming services and game servers.
  • No appeal is offered. Only admins can lift it in truly extraordinary cases.
  • May involve documentation, logging, and in relevant cases contacting the platform/provider or authorities.
Important:
We do not blacklist “for fun”. A decision is only made in serious situations and requires internal review and documentation. Blacklisting is also about protecting our players — so the community feels safe and can trust that serious cases are handled consistently and taken seriously.
